How do I contact the admissions team?
Write to admin@isswitzerland.ch. For the application itself, everything runs through the admissions portal.
Where is the school?
Corso Enrico Pestalozzi 9, 6900 Lugano, in the centre of the city. Train, car and airport routes are on the how to find us page.
How do I book a visit or a tour?
Through the Visit page: pick a time online, or write to us and we will find one together.
Can I write in Italian or German?
Yes. English and Italian are the school's languages, and German-speaking staff can help too.
What should I include in a first enquiry?
Your child's age and current school year, the languages they speak, when you would like to start, and whether you already live in the region or are moving. That lets admissions answer with the right stage and dates straight away.
When can we start, and is there a deadline?
The school year 2026/27 runs from 31 August 2026 to 16 June 2027. The admissions page explains how applications during the year are handled.
