This page will hold the privacy policy under the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, because the school addresses families in Italy, the EU GDPR.

It will cover: what data the website processes (server logs, the contact and visit forms, source tracking, web analytics), the legal basis, retention periods, the recipients (Cloudflare as host, iSAMS for applications, Google for analytics), and the rights of data subjects.

The website will use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and source tracking. These run only after consent, given through a consent banner. Without consent the website remains fully usable.

The final wording must be provided or approved by ISS and its legal counsel.
